National matching gift campaign supports nonpartisan media like PA Post

Now through Dec. 31, your contributions are matched three times

  • Russ Walker

PA Post is proud to announce its participation in a national fundraising campaign that multiplies the value of donations from readers like you.

Starting Friday, Nov. 1, we are participating in the annual NewsMatch campaign. Donations from readers like you are matched by a national organization that supports nonpartisan media like PA Post.

For every dollar you give (up to $1,000), the NewsMatch campaign is doubling it. New recurring donors are matched at the full year amount! So if you choose to give us $10 a month, NewsMatch matches the 12-month value — $120.

And there’s more! Thanks to a generous local couple who support PA Post, and the Philadelphia-based Wyncote Foundation, contributions to PA Post are being matched three times! That means a $50 gift from you would add up to a $200 gift for PA Post. A recurring contribution of $10 a month would mean a total of $360 to support our independent reporting.

Make a contribution today!

The PA Post team is committed to providing balanced explanatory and investigative journalism about the big issues facing Pennsylvania. We believe our work is a service, so we give it away free to other media organizations. An informed and engaged citizenry makes democracy work as it’s intended – for all the people.

You can read more about NewsMatch here. The matching dollars will amplify all donations, so this is your chance to make a big splash with your charitable giving.

Thank you,
